How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend two to three weeks, especially for weekends and sunset slots. Last-minute? Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is possible.
Can you set up inside my hotel room?+
Yes. We coordinate with your hotel or villa so everything is ready before you arrive. Share the hotel name, the reservation name and your check-in time. Some hotels require approval, and we help arrange it.
How do the deposit and payment work?+
A 50% deposit secures your date and the balance is due before the setup. We confirm exact amounts and payment options with you on WhatsApp. Full details are in our Terms.
What if it rains at the beach?+
Rain is rare in Los Cabos, but we watch the forecast. If conditions are not right, we move the setup to a covered spot, shift the time, or reschedule at no extra charge.
